Anthony Conti, Outdoor Adventure Guide
Anthony (a.k.a. Tony the Tree Guy) is a life-long resident of Sonoma
County, and he knows all the cool, secret places. Tony is the
Co-Founder of CSM, has studied native trees and shrubs, and has
always had a love of the wild! As an Outdoor Adventure Guide,
he enjoys sharing the surrounding natural beauty with others and
helping people get and stay active.
The Center for Sacred Movement is a community-based organization co-founded by Kristi Bowman and
Anthony Conti (partners in love and life!). The Center emerged out of their mutual love of yoga and nature,
and their desire to share wellness activities with others. The Center provides an opportunity to connect with
community and offers services which support well-being and personal growth.
OUR GOAL is that each individual experiences increased health and a renewed vibrancy in spirit, mind
and body through the services offered.
OUR FOCUS is on preventative health, reducing the risk of injury and disease, as well as helping others
enjoy a greater sense of well-being, self-confidence, happiness and fulfillment in life. We take an integrative
approach and strive to support the whole person.
We celebrate the diversity of our community. Our services are open to all, regardless of ethnicity, color,
gender, age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, national origin or ability.
